When I was growing up, my mom allowed me to oversee the décor in my bedroom. I had strong opinions about that corner that was all mine. My vision for my room changed over the years, but never my determination to create a space that reflected me.
Generator’s hospitality-forward design thinking is propelled by Christina’s Interior Design leadership. As former Design Director for a boutique hotel design studio, she brings her hospitality industry expertise to bear on virtually all Generator projects – a secret weapon and major asset to clients. Her customer-first / client-first M.O. is natural and engrained as she designs environments not only proportionately accurate but visually stunning and inviting. Rather than having a personal design style, Christina designs according to how the end user should function and feel in a particular space, with client insights and goals as the starting point – she learned from a young age that listening is an important trait for winning at life. Christina’s philosophy is no matter the style, interiors should always have a sense of place. Toward that end, she takes inspiration from local materials and strives to use local artists whenever possible. Christina has extensive knowledge in process management, space planning, concept development, FF&E selection, document production and construction administration. She’s been recognized for her notable interior design work with many awards including Hospitality Design Awards and Gold Key Awards in 2020 for Best Emerging Concept.
