Architectural Associate Sophia Fields

Sophia can scream like a pterodactyl.

With a love for art, yoga, and anything outside, Sophia brings infectious energy to Generator as an Architectural Associate. With a master’s from the University of Kansas, Sophia is passionate about how architecture shapes the way people live and think. Her graduate thesis studied urban stadium development, primarily focusing on what a downtown Kansas City ballpark would look like.

Sophia has many outlets that fuel her creativity, including an obsession with Marvel and Star Wars—complete with an excellent collection of comic books passed down from her father and her family’s annual “Cookie Day,” which entails baking and decorating hundreds of cookies to give out for the holidays.

"If you want to change the world, you have to change the way people think. That’s what architects do." Bjarke Ingels
