This undisclosed WNBA training facility is imagined as a partial renovation/new-build hybrid, tied together by a lush exterior “court” yard that functions as a unifying element for the front office and team operations.

The excess height above training and operations is utilized for a service plenum to lessen mechanical and electric items at grade.
