Eastern Wyandotte County’s first major modern apartment project with 129 units at 6th and Central in the historic Russian Hill neighborhood in Kansas City, Kansas. The project as currently envisioned has 136 parking spaces, 120 of which are in a two-story structured garage. Other amenities include a rooftop pool capturing views of downtown KCMO, a fitness center and balconies for each unit.
“The 505 Central project received unanimous approval from the UG Commissioners for the creation of a TIF district for this very important development project for the east side of KCK. It is important because historically there has been very little investment and development in this area, particularly with market-rate apartments that have modern amenities to support our growing community,” said Tom Proebstle, Co-Founder of Generator Studio.
