Generator Studio and our partners Copaken Brooks and Centric celebrated breaking ground on The Refinery, a 147-unit apartment building with retail space on the ground floor. Located steps away from the Crossroads 19th & Main Streetcar stop, the new multi-family building will offer studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments, and feature a rooftop community space with a wading pool and an outdoor pool bar.
