Cue the Music: Riverside Amphitheater Breaks Ground

A 15,000-capacity amphitheater in Riverside, Missouri? We love the SOUND of that!

Construction is officially underway for the new Riverside Amphitheater after a groundbreaking ceremony hosted by Live Nation. The occasion included remarks from Riverside Mayor Kathy Rose, Senator Tony Luetkemeyer, Governor Mike Parson, and Live Nation Market Manager Dave Gerardi. During their remarks, Mayor Rose, Senator Luetkemeyer, and Governor Parson all shared their very first concert experience during the event recalling shows featuring the Eagles, Jimmy Buffet, and Black Sabbath.

The Generator  Studio team was there to celebrate the occasion and toss some dirt for a photo op. The amphitheater will bring a new live entertainment experience to the Kansas City region when completed in 2026.
