Scottrade Center Renovations Take Center Stage

We are proud to see the Generator Studio designed renovations for the Saint Louis Blues featured in the Sports Business Journal.

Scottrade Center has largely remained untouched since its’ opening 23 years ago. Generator Studio was engaged by the St. Louis Blues to explore options to help drive revenue and keep the arena competitive in the constantly evolving landscape of sports architecture. The most visible improvement to the facility this off-season was the addition of a new all-inclusive premium experience called the Theater Boxes. The design provides an immersive fan experience with unobstructed views to the ice, creating a unique seating product for this venue and taking a different approach to the traditional theater box model.

Other improvements include a new signature locker room for the Blues, improved event level support spaces, a new Generator Studio designed center-hung scoreboard, renovated concession stands, and improved restrooms. We are excited to see the fruition of this round of renovations and to have helped re-imagine the future of Scottrade Center for the fans, the Blues, the City and the community at large.
